PhoCusWright Travel Innovators
With the inaugural PhoCusWright Travel Innovation Summit less than two weeks away, I thought I would take a few moments to outline the demonstrators (as of November 4th) and then go into a little more detail on each demonstrator. The challenge here is that some of the demonstrators are in stealth mode and are not making anything known prior to their launch, while others are already live and provide quite a bit of information. To keep it as unbiased as possible, I’m not going to review the demonstrators. Since my company, Rezgo.com, is one of the presenters, I don’t think it would be either fair or appropriate for me to comment on the viability of any innovation. Frankly, I am just happy to be presenting along side some really cool and interesting applications. As an added note, I am also presenting during the PhoCusWright Conference at the two Blogger Workshops and will be covering the conference as credentialed media. Needless to say, I’m probably going to be switching between my blogger and Rezgo hats quite a bit.
Here is a current list of the presenters:

It sounds like a great event Stephen. I wish I could have afforded to get over to Hollywood – it would have been an experience. What online promotion will you be doing of the event?
I’d love to see some online live video [I use qik.com] and live blogging/twitter.
Glad to see Rezgo and PlanetEye will be waving the Canadian flag in Hollywood.

@Darren We’ve got about 30 bloggers coming so we’ll probably set up a conference specific blog. Phil has an N95 so he might try live streaming but the Internet connections at the hotels are often flaky. (never understood that). I’m bringing my DV camera down so I’ll be doing 100 sec pitches with all the innovators and posting them. I’m pretty sure all the bloggers will be live blogging and twittering during the event.
@Mark Yeah! It’ll be great. I can’t wait to work with you guys on showcasing some kind of integration. It’s nice to show what we can do North of the border. (all that inside time during the dark snowy winters).
