Mashable's 270+ Business Tools Features Rezgo.com
Mashable.com recently released their annual list of tools for running your online business. Rezgo.com is the only travel/tourism related application listed, although not the only booking system. The list categories include:

As you can see, this is a pretty comprehensive list covering 270+ applications. Rezgo is categorized under the Industry-Specific category, which is just fine by us. Although Rezgo handles a variety of functions including CRM, marketing, eCommerce, and more, the fact that we are a travel industry (and more specifically tours & activities) booking system is the most important differentiator.
I was a little bit surprised that there were so few travel and tourism applications listed given that I know there are a number of strong online tools out there. I suppose one reason for the limited inclusion is that many of the applications are not generally accessible and most would not be considered Web 2.0.
